Today I wanted to share the first project that I created for the Artisan Contest. When I first started the project I had no intention of entering the contest, but when I finished I was so excited about how it turned out that I decided to go for it! I spent the next two days in my jammies crafting away, and now I finally get to share all of my creations!
I was inspired by a cardboard cupcake by Patianne Stevenson on recyclart, and thought it would be cute to make a bunch of them on a cupcake stand. I used recycled packaging and cardboard to make the stand and just covered it with Very Vanilla cardstock. I love being able to re-purpose stuff!
Next on the hop is the very talented Cathy Caines. She has a fun, fresh, trendy style that will leave you in total awe!
I LOVE the cup cakes!
