Stampin' Up! Artisan Blog Hop-Seasonally Scattered

Hey There! Welcome Back to another Stampin' Up! Artisan Blog Hop! Be sure to continue on the hop to see what Artisan's from around the world have to share this week!

Here is a simple card using Seasonally Scattered. 
I water-colored the background on watercolor cardstock, then on the foreground I embossed the "thanks" with gold embossing powder, cut out the letters so the watercolor background would show through, and then popped the panel up with some dimensionals. Very simple.
