Here is a simple card using
Seasonally Scattered.
I water-colored the background on
watercolor cardstock, then on the foreground I embossed the "thanks" with
gold embossing powder, cut out the letters so the watercolor background would show through, and then popped the panel up with some
dimensionals. Very simple.
