It's time again for another Artisan Wednesday WOW blog hop! If you missed it, we posted our Facebook projects on Friday, you will definitely want to go back and check those out!
I LOVE color, and I especially LOVE using non-traditional color combos like this one: (colors used Crisp Cantaloupe, Pistachio Pudding, and Bermuda Bay.)
Today's project was fairly simple. I used the Verry Merry Tags set for the card and punched the ornaments out with the coordinating Mosaic punch. I also punched the middle of the ornament out with the 1/2" circle punch, popped it up just a tad with a glue dot, and added some crystal effects and a rhinestone for some dimension. I adhered the 1/8" silver ribbon to the card first, and then added the ornaments with a dimensional. The sentiment stamp came from the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set.
For the box, I used the Extra-Large Gift Box (these are 4 3/8" X 6" X 6" -perfect for larger gifts), added some Winter Frost DSP, Bermuda Bay Cardstock, Calypso Coral Baker's Twine, Crisp Cantaloupe 3/8" Ruffle Stretch Trim, and a perfect bow made easily with the Gift Bow Die and some Pistachio Pudding cardstock!
VIOLA! Gifts are so much more fun when they are wrapped up fancy, aren't they?!
Now, let's continue the hop and go In The Cat Cave to see what gorgeous (and possibly sparkly or gold?) project Cathy has to share with us! I LOVE her projects!
