I am lovin' the new Hexagon Hive Thinlits Die from the Occasions Catalog. It such a fun way to add dept and texture to your projects! Why not extend its use by stenciling with it?! To create your own DIY stencil I suggest you use a thicker cardstock, or even a thin sheet of plastic, and run it with your Hexagon Hive Thinlits Die through your Big Shot. Viola! An instant stencil created!
Just lay your stencil on your card base and either sponge ink on with a Sponge Dauber, or spray it with a Stampin' Spritzer filled with a mixture of alcohol and a few drops of your color choice of ink refill. Then decorate your card as you wish!
Wanna snazzy and unique envelope for the supa fun card you just made? Try using a Tag a Bag Gift Bag as a fun alternate to a traditional envelope, and dress it up a bit with some fun embellishments!
Be sure to stop by each of the ADT member's blogs to see the detail on all of last week's fantastic facebook projects! Next stop? Cathy's, In The Cat Cave!
