Stampin' Up! Artisan Blog Hop-A Whole Lot of Lovely

Hello! Welcome back to another Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team Blog hop! Join us each week as artisans from around the world share our ideas using Stampin' Up! products with you!

This week we are featuring in more detail our projects that were featured on Stampin' Up!s Facebook page. My project features A Whole Lot of Lovely stamp set which will be a hostess set in the new catalog that will be launching June 2nd. What does that mean? It simply means that this fabulous set has been reserved exclusively for hostesses to earn for free! Simply get a group of friends together to create with me using Stampin' Up! products, learn new techniques, and have fun all while earning FREE products (based on your workshop sales)! Don't worry if you live out of town, you can still host a workshop! I am now offering Virtual Workshops and Classes! Contact me today to find out how you can host your own Virtual Workshop and start earning free products today!

Okay, let's check out the card now, shall we?!

This was a super simple and quick card to create! I used my new 2015-2017 In-Color Stampin' Write Markers to color the sentiment, and then without re-moistening the stamp, I stamped it on my cardstock. Because the marker was wetter in some areas than others, it gave it an uneven semi-watercolor look to it.

If you want a watercolor wash look to it, you can also either moisten the stamp with a spritz of water, or for more control you can use your Aqua Painter to go back over the image.

Supplies used: A Whole Lot of Lovely stamp set; Watermelon Wonder and Delightful Dijon ink pads; Watermelon Wonder, Cucumber Crush, and Delightful Dijon Stampin' Write Markers; Aqua Painter; Whisper White, Gold Glimmer, and Watercolor cardstock; gold thread.

I am absolutely loving the new 2015-2017 In-Colors! They are so fun and vibrant! By now, you more than likely have seen the new colors, which is your favorite?

Let's head over to Cindy's blog and check out the details on her Facebook project!
